1 - Select the photo(s) you would like printed by visiting McKenzie Lloyd-Smith's Flickr account via the link at the bottom of the page, or by clicking here .
2 - Copy the URL link to the photograph(s) you would like to have printed
3 - Send McKenzie an email via the ' Contact' Page containing the link(s) of the photograph(s) you would like, and the printing options you have decided best suit your needs (from the list above).
4 - McKenzie will send you a confirmation email within 10 working days which will contain a personalised link to a secure checkout (via www.gumroad.com)
5 - Finalise the order in the checkout, and receive your print within 10 working days (delivery times vary outside the UK).
Terms and Conditions
Prices -
Starting prices reflect the minimum price available for certain prints and canvases at the time of writing. Print and canvas prices may vary.
Shipping -
Prices include UK shipping, for shipping to the EU add £5 for prints, and add £18 for canvases. For worldwide shipping add £10 for prints and £20 for canvases. Delivery times are estimated based on previous purchases but are not guaranteed. Prints shipped first class, canvases shipped via courier.
Returns -
Unwanted items can be returned as long as in original, undamaged condition and returned within 7 days. Unwanted returns will not be refunded the original or return postage costs, and will lose the transaction fee charged by the checkout company who handle the payment process (10% of the final fee), as neither of these costs can be recovered by McKenzie Lloyd-Smith or any affiliated partners.
Items order by mistake or as a result of the buyer’s negligence are considered unwanted items.
Items damaged during the return process due to a lack or sufficient packaging will not be refunded, as damage will be considered the buyers responsibility.
Individuals who recieve faulty, incorrect or damaged goods will be refunded the entirety of the cost on return of the faulty/damaged/incorrect item. McKenzie Lloyd-Smith or affiliated partners cannot cover the cost of the return postage for those outside the UK. Proof of damage on arrival must be received by McKenzie Lloyd-Smith or associated partners within 3 days of the delivery date, after which point the item will be assumed damaged by the individual and a refund will not be offered.
Availability -
McKenzie Lloyd-Smith cannot guarantee your order request can be fulfilled, some photographs are not available for resale due to licensing and contractual agreements. In this case you will receive notification that your selected photograph cannot be printed when you receive your reply email from McKenzie Lloyd-Smith. Payment will never be taken for a photograph which cannot be printed.
Payment -
Payment is made through a non affiliated company 'Gumroad.com' who offer a secure payment system at a fee to the seller. This small fee is passed on to the buyer and is included in the total cost. The fee is lower than that of competing companies such as PayPal, however if the buyer wants to use PayPal they may request to do so but will be charged the increased fee which will represent a rise in the item cost.

McKenzie Lloyd-Smith and affiliated partners reply to purchase enquiries within 10 business days, however in the unlikely event of a delayed response please be patient, and your purchase request will be answered as quickly as possible.

The 'individual' refers to the person or persons who purchased the item or received the item. The 'buyer' refers to the person who purchased the item. The phrase 'affiliated partners' refers to any individual(s) or company in a binding contact with McKenzie Lloyd-Smith. McKenzie Lloyd-Smith and all affiliated partners cannot be held responsible for lost of finance, incorrect orders or damaged good caused either partially or wholly by the individual or buyer. By completing the Gumroad.com payment you are entering a contract with McKenzie Lloyd-Smith and affiliated partners who bind you to the terms and conditions described here. Any action, whether intentional or accidental, which is deemed a breach of contract through violation of the terms and conditions, will result in the individual forfeiting their right to continue the process and could result in loss to that individual. McKenzie Lloyd-Smith and affiliated partners cannot be held responsible for any loss due to a breach of contract. It is the individuals responsibility to have read the understood the terms and conditions before entering the contract and McKenzie Lloyd-Smith cannot be held responsible for any breach of contract occurring through the individuals negligence.
